Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have been forced to close our salon beginning March 25, 2020 for an extended period of time. Our plans are to re-open as soon as allowed by our Government.
To our valued clients,
We miss you all and look forward to opening our Salon as soon as possible. The date We are planning to re-open our salon is Monday, May 18, 2020. As you know, this date may change, due to the continuing circumstances surrounding COVID-19. We continue to monitor the situation closely, and are awaiting further information and permission from our government to reopen.
We are using this time to learn the recommended sanitation protocol for salons so that when we are allowed to open, we can provide the safest environment possible for our clients to have services done.
If you have (or had) an appointment with us from March 25 through May 16, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment. Please know we will do our best to schedule your appointment as soon as possible, but due to the circumstances and length of time we have been closed everyone is in need at the same time. We will be working extended hours to best accommodate all of you. If you had appointments scheduled for May 18 and beyond, you are already on the books and have an appointment! YAY! We will begin scheduling in the order of appointments that were on the books beginning March 25. We will begin making calls to schedule appointments by May 11, unless there are more delays put in place by the government in the reopening of salons.
We are sad to say Coleen Johnson and Tamara Tran are unable to return on May 18, because of their circumstances of this pandemic, (not to worry, they are healthy and well), but they hope to get back to work as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide any manicure and pedicure services at this time.

If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE DATE OR TIME FRAME AVAILABILITY THAT YOU DESIRE, WE CAREFULLY MAINTAIN A CANCELLATION LIST TO HOPEFULLY PROVIDE YOU WITH THAT APPOINTMENT.
Returns & Exchanges: Retail products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, products may be exchanged for credit toward a different product.
We offer gift cards for any amount or service. Purchasing a gift card can be done at the salon or over the phone.
